1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Lucky Plumber on Android or iOS (the “App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you play, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Game progress stored on your device: level progress, coins, scores, settings (for example language and mute), and similar gameplay data saved locally on your device.
  • Optional leaderboard profile: a display name you choose and an anonymous player ID generated on your device, used only if you submit scores to the leaderboard.
  • Advertising data: if ads are shown, advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA where permitted), approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data with ads.
  • Analytics & diagnostics: app open events, feature usage, crash logs, device model, OS version, and performance diagnostics to keep the App stable and improve gameplay.
  • Technical network data: IP address and standard server logs when your device contacts our leaderboard or service endpoints.

We do not require you to create an account with email/password to play the core game. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as precise GPS, contacts, photos, or payment card details inside the App.

3. How we use information

  • Operate and improve the game experience
  • Save your progress and preferences on your device
  • Provide optional online leaderboards
  • Show advertisements (where enabled)
  • Measure performance, fix crashes, and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and store policies (Google Play / Apple App Store)

4. Third-party services

The App may use the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob — advertising. Policy: Google Privacy Policy
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — usage analytics. Policy: Firebase Privacy
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reporting. Policy: Firebase Privacy
  • Lucky Plumber leaderboard backend — optional scoreboard service operated by us (for example via our game backend endpoint).

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Advertising partners may use cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies.

5. Advertising & tracking choices

  • Android: you can reset or opt out of personalized ads in system settings (Google > Ads / Privacy).
  • iOS: you can control App Tracking Transparency / personalized ads in Settings > Privacy & Security.

Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.

6. Data retention

  • Local game progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
  • Leaderboard entries may be retained to operate rankings and prevent fraud.
  • Analytics and crash logs are retained according to the third-party provider settings and our operational needs.

7. Children’s privacy

Lucky Plumber is a casual puzzle game intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of selling data. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

Parents/guardians should review device-level ad and privacy settings. If the App is directed to children in a specific store listing, we will configure ads and data practices to comply with applicable children’s privacy rules.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country (for example by Google services). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those platforms.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. For data stored only on your device, you can delete it by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
